Where we ship, and at what cost
Shipping and customs are stated before you pay. They account for half the bad surprises in online parts buying, so we remove them.

Transit times run from dispatch and exclude customs clearance. Shipping is calculated in the basket from the destination and the actual weight: a steering rack weighs nearly three times as much as a turbocharger.
Customs duties and VAT
Outside the European Union, your country applies its own import duties and taxes. They are not included in our prices and we do not collect them: the carrier asks you for them on delivery. We show our prices without local taxes so you know exactly what you are paying us, and only us.
Questions
Why a range and not a fixed date?
Because a firm date on an international shipment is a promise nobody can keep. Customs clearance alone swings from a few hours to ten days depending on the country and the time of year. We prefer an honest range to a reassuring date that is false.
Do you ship to New Caledonia, French Polynesia, the French West Indies?
Yes, in the overseas territories and Pacific zone. Allow 10 to 21 days and higher shipping: weight counts heavily on these routes. On a steering rack, shipping can be a significant share of the total, and the basket shows it to you before you pay.
Can I have the part delivered straight to my garage?
Yes, enter its address with the order. Tell them it is coming: parts this size need a signature and some space.
