Four parts.
Mastered.

We do not sell every part. We sell the four most expensive and most technical ones, the ones you cannot afford to get wrong. And we tell you what killed the last one before selling you a new one.

The engine matters more than the model. Two Golfs from the same year can carry neither the same turbo nor the same compressor.

Our scope

Four families, and nothing else

A generalist knows a little about everything. We chose to know everything about four parts. That is what lets us tell you, before the sale, what nobody tells you after it.

24 month warranty

Across the whole catalogue, new and remanufactured alike. No pro rata warranty.

Core charge refunded

Your old part is worth money. We take it back and refund the core charge within 15 days.

Worldwide shipping

Europe, the Americas, the Pacific, Africa, Asia. Cost and lead time calculated before payment, never after.

The cause, not just the part

Every listing states what kills this part and what must be dealt with at the same time, or you will be doing the job twice.

How we work

A parts listing can read like a wine list

A good wine merchant does not recite a technical sheet at you. They tell you the character, what it is worth, what it goes with, and when you are better off walking away.

We applied that grammar to mechanics. Every part carries a workshop note: its temperament, what kills it, and what you absolutely must do before fitting it.

This is not decoration. A turbo fitted without dealing with the oil pick-up strainer that killed the last one fails again within 20,000 km. Saying so before the sale costs you a sale. Not saying so costs you a customer.

Workshop note

Extract: Garrett GT1544V turbocharger, 1.6 HDi

Character
Europe's most fitted turbo. Also its most badly fitted.
What kills it
The DV6 oil pump pick-up strainer clogs. The turbo dies downstream, but the cause sits upstream.
Before fitting
Drop the sump, clean or replace the pick-up strainer. Not optional on this engine, and we say so before you order, not after it fails.

Common questions

What people ask us

Is the core charge a commercial trick?

No, the opposite. Your old part has real industrial value: it will be remanufactured. The core charge guarantees it comes back to us, and it is refunded in full on return. Without that system, the price of the new part would simply be higher for everyone.

Is remanufactured the same as second hand?

No. A remanufactured part is completely stripped, its wearing components replaced with new ones, then tested on a bench with a printed report. A second hand part is simply removed from a vehicle and resold as it is. We sell no second hand parts at all on steering components: that is a safety matter.

Do you ship outside Europe?

Yes. The shipping calculator covers the whole world, the Pacific and overseas territories included. Import duties and taxes remain payable by you and depend on your country: we state them before payment rather than letting you discover them on delivery.

What if I order the wrong part?

Use the assistant before ordering, that is what it is for and it costs nothing. If the mistake happens anyway, an unfitted part is taken back within 30 days. A part that has been fitted and then removed cannot be taken back: that is true everywhere, and we prefer to write it plainly.

Coverage

Makes in the catalogue

A make missing from this list does not mean the part cannot be found: ask the assistant, most parts can be sourced within 48 hours.
